It is supplied a spray bottle to spray the area around the freezer form and pipe with
water before using the electric pipe freezer. This operation must be done more frecuently
when the freezer form begin to show signs of freezing.
•
USE
The freezer forms should be connected tightly to the pipe using the velcro straps
provided.
Once the plug has been correctly inserted into the wall socket with an earth connection,
the switch on the unit can be put inot the ON position and the freezing process can be
started.
To help the cold contact between the freezer hedad and the pipe, water must be
sprayed frequently between the freezer form and the wall of the pipe. Spraying is most
efficient when started after the freezer forms have shown the first signs of freezing. The
humidity must be kept up to the final freezing. This way, we will help to reduce the freezing
times.
After a certain time (see freezing times table), ice starts to form inside the pipe and
creates frost formation on the surface of the pipe. If this does not happen, then this indicates
that there is some flow in the pipe (turn off the pump, prevent water from being drained off
and allow the water to cool down).

MAINTENANCE
1) Regularly inspect the Freezematic for damage on both freezer forms, the coolant
pipes and the electric cable
2) The user is not permitted to carry out repairs by himself because the guarantee will
then no longer be valid and besides, there will be an increased risk of a short circuit
3) Always turn off the Freezematic and remove the plug from the wall socket before
carrying out any maintenance work
4) At least once a year, the condenser, which is behind the grille above the feet, must
be blown clean usin compressed air with a maximum pressure of 3 bar
