B. Multi-channel display
If more than one camera is connected, proceed as follows:
I.) 2-channel display
1. Set the cameras as channel 1 for camera 1 and channel 2 for camera 2 (factory adjustment is marked on the sticker).
2. Select the desired channel by lightly pressing the channel-select button (press once, twice, or three times) and the
LCD receiver will be activated as follows
3. Automatic channel search is activated by pressing the channel-select button a fourth time, all3
channels:
Channels 1, 2 and 3 will be displayed on the LCD receiver for cameras 1, 2 and no camera at 5 second
intervals. In this case, a „NOISE SCREEN" (no camera connected) will be displayed for channel 3.
II.) 3-channel display
As for 2-channel display, but with 3 cameras.
Troubleshooting
With this camera system, you have purchased a state-of-the-art product which is easy to operate. However, problems and
faults can still occur from time to time. The following chapter contains hints to help you solve these problems yourself.
Observe the safety notices under all circumstances!
Problem
Possible causes
No picture and no
• Camera or monitor is not connected to the power supply.

• Is the adaptor connected correctly?
• The distance between camera and receiver is too large.
• The camera is connected to the reversing light, but there is no
current supply to the reversing light.
• The LCD receiver is connected to the cigar lighter socket, but the
ignition is not turned on.
Picture is distorted
• Range of the system is exceeded. Reduce the distance.
• A strong interference source is nearby (electric motor, radio etc.)
• Distance between camera and receiver is too small, causing
overdrive. Increase the distance.
• Additional antennas for camera and LCD receiver (for better
reception) have not been connected.
Flickering/
• Strong light source in the camera's field of view.
• Adjust dipole antennas of LCD receiver and camera or connect
jumping picture

Picture is too bright
• Camera's field of view is insufficiently illuminated.
or too dark
• Monitor is incorrectly adjusted (contrast and brightness).
• Strong light source in the camera's field of view.

CAUTION!
Not suitable for high pressure cleaners and car washes. Please dismount the camera
beforehand.
Note: the monitor is not automatically activated or deactivated when reverse gear is engaged.

Check signal and power cables which are connected to the equipment for breakage or damage to the isolation. If a
fault or visible damage is found, the equipment may not be operated.

The equipment may only be operated with the correct voltage.

Make sure that all electrical connections and cable connections between camera system components or to other
equipment conform to relevant guidelines and at the same time are in accordance with the operating instructions.

Take care not to overload power outlets and extension cables, as this can lead to fire or electrical shock.

If you are in any doubt about operation, safety or connection of the equipment, consult a specialist.

Keep all parts out of reach of children.

Do not store in moist, very cold or hot environments as this can lead to damage to the electronic circuitry

Wireless systems are subject to interference from mobile telephones, microwave ovens and other equipment
operating in the 2,4GHz range. Keep a DISTANCE OF AT LEAST 3 METRES from such equipment during
installation and operation.

taken for any resulting damage.

Maintenance
The equipment is maintenance-free and should not be opened. Opening the equipment will result in the warranty being
void. Clean the surface of the equipment with a soft, dry cloth or a brush. Before cleaning, unplug all power cables.
Do not use cleaning agents which contain carbolic acid, petrol, alcohol or similar substances. These
substances attack the surface of the equipment and the fumes are explosive and hazardous to health. Do not
use tools with sharp edges, screwdrivers, wire brushes or similar to clean the equipment.
