Fix the Pedal Tubes (51) to the Lower Handlebar (26L/R) with Bolts (50) and Nylon
Nuts (18). Fix the Pedal Tubes (51) with the Pedal Crank (66/67) by Pedal Hinge Bolt
(57/64). Install the Pedal Tube (51) with Washers (60) and Nylon Nuts (62/65).
Note: be sure the right pedal Hinge bolt(67) marked (R) is attached to the right crank
arm and tightened in the clockwise direction. The Left Pedal Hinge Bolt (60) marked (L)
is attached to the left crank arm and tightened in the anticlockwise direction.
