The mower stops

1. The battery packs are depleted.
2. Mower is in overload condition.
3. Mower deck is clogged with grass
and debris.
4. One or both battery packs, or the
mower are too hot.
5. The side rail is retracted a little by
the pushing force applying on the
handle.
1. Wet grass clippings are sticking
to the underside of the deck.
2. The mower is set to cut too much
grass at once.
1. The cutting blade is loose.

2. Raise the cutting height or

3. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery pack
from the mower. Unclog
the mower deck. Raise
the cutting height, or cut a
narrow swath.
4. Turn off the mower and
remove the battery packs
from the mower. Allow
the battery packs and the
mower to cool down.
5. Unlock the clamps. Fully
extend the side rails and
lock the clamps again.
1. Clear accumulated grass
and wait until the grass dries
before mowing.
2. Raise the deck to a higher
cutting height setting.
1. Tighten the blade bolt.
2. Balance the blade following
the instructions.
3. Replace the blade.
1. Fully extend the side rails,
then lock the clamps.
1. Raise the blade height and
slow your pace to reduce
the cutting load.
