FIRST TIME OPERATION

The VOSS.sonic 5500 can be operated either with the supplied mains adapter or with
3 x 1.5 V AA batteries.
WARNING
Only use one of the two power sources mentioned.

Continuous operation is only possible when using the mains adapter.

OPERATION WITH MAINS ADAPTER

CAUTION
Risk of tripping. Place the unit and the cable of the
mains adapter so that it does not pose a tripping
hazard to persons and animals. Do not place the
unit and the mains adapter cable in walkways.
NOTICE
Use only properly installed sockets for the power
supply.
1. Set the desired settings on the unit.
2. Plug the supplied mains adapter into the
connection (6) on the unit (Fig. 1).
3. Plug the mains adapter into a nearby socket.
The status LED (5) lights up to indicate that the unit is in
operation.

To test the set functions, you can press the test
button (4).
4. Slide the unit cover onto the unit (Fig. 2).
