Transport Damage

If damage is caused in transit, please note the following points:
Leave the product and packaging intact.
Obtain proof of damage from the carrier.
Do not use the damaged device.
If the product was delivered by carrier or parcel post, report the
damage to us within 7 calendar days by telephone or in writing.
The administrative process will be quicker if you send us a copy of
the delivery note.
Please note that we will only accept returned goods if the situation
has been cleared with us beforehand.
