• CAUTION: The use of the product is allowed for a
child aged 0 - 6 months, up to a maximum weight
of 9 kg.
• The crib must only be assembled by an adult.
• All opening, adjusting, fixing and positioning of the
crib must only be carried out by an adult.
• Make sure that those using the crib are aware of
exactly how it works.
• CAUTION: The crib is ready for use only when all the
locking mechanisms are correctly engaged. Check
carefully that they are inserted before use and that
there are no loose or damaged components.
• CAUTION: Check the crib periodically to make sure
that there are no loose parts, damage or missing
components.
• The crib must always be placed on a horizontal floor.
Never leave the crib on a sloping surface with the
child inside.
• Children should not be allowed to play near the crib
without adult supervision.
• CAUTION: Do not use the crib if any part is broken,
damaged or missing.
• CAUTION: When your child is able to sit, kneel or
stand up, the crib should not be used anymore.
• Before using the crib, make sure that the assembly
devices are properly tightened and check that
no screws are loose, as the child's body parts or
clothing could get trapped (e.g. strings, necklaces,
soother clips, etc.) and this may result in a risk of
strangulation.
• Do not use the crib without the frame.
• Use only the mattress supplied with the crib or any
spare mattresses approved by FOPPAPEDRETTI.
• The mattress thickness must be such that the internal
vertical height (distance from the top surface of the
mattress to the top edge of the crib sides) is at least
200 mm.
• CAUTION: To avoid a fire risk, never place the
product near electric heaters, gas stoves or other
sources of strong heat.
• Do not move the crib while the child is inside it.
• Do not use the product for more than one child at
a time.
• The crib must be kept away from electric cables
and cords: do not place the crib near windows,
where cords, curtains or the like could cause the
child to choke or be strangled. To avoid the risk
of strangulation, do not give the child objects with
cords or place these near the child.
• CAUTION: When in "Crib Mode", always make
sure that the side is raised and correctly attached
and that the zips are fully closed until they lock.
• CAUTION: To prevent the risk of the head becoming
trapped, when in the "Co-Sleeping Mode" (fixed

to the bed) the crib must be correctly fixed to the
parent's bed, as described in the instructions for
use, using the fastening straps supplied.
• CAUTION: When the product is used in the "Co-
Sleeping Mode" (fixed to the bed) before you place
the child inside, make sure that the connecting
straps are attached and tightened properly: the crib
must be secured to the parents' mattress and there
must not be a gap between the crib and the adult
mattress.
• DO NOT use the product if there is a gap between the
crib and the adult bed. Do not fill any gap between
the crib and the adult bed with cushions, blankets or
other objects as they may cause suffocation.
• CAUTION: To avoid the risk of the child being
strangled when using in the "Co-Sleeping Mode",
the top edge of the crib's lowered side must not be
higher than the top surface of the parents' mattress.
• Keep the fastening straps out of the reach of
children.
• Do not leave any objects inside the crib that could
reduce the height of the sides.
• Do not place the crib near walls and obstacles, to
prevent the risk of the child getting trapped.
• Do not leave small objects inside the crib, as these
could be swallowed by the child.
• Do not adjust the crib while the child is inside it.
• Use the crib in the "Co-Sleeping Mode" (fixed to
the bed) only with beds in the dimensions indicated
in the user manual.
• When not in use, keep the crib out of the reach of
children.
• CAUTION: Check that all the hooks are correctly
engaged and that the zips are closed until they lock.
• CAUTION: You can tilt the crib with a maximum of 1
position height difference between one leg and the
other (see figure).
• CAUTION: The child's head must always be placed
on the most raised side (see figure).
• It is possible to attach the crib to the parents' bed
(Co-Sleeping Mode).
• CAUTION – IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHILD
SAFETY: This mode is only allowed with bed types
that allow you to comply with all the following
conditions:
• IMPORTANT: The reclined crib side must always be
placed next to the parents' mattress and the bed's
mattress must be aligned with (or at least higher
than) the height of the reclined crib side (see figure).
