Screwdriving bits
Screwdriving bits and shanked sockets
can be fitted to the chuck.
Screwdriving bits with a 1/4" (6.35 mm)
hexagonal shank can also be fitted into
the hexagonal recess of the tool's
spindle (after removal of the chuck, if a
chuck is currently screwed onto the
spindle).
To secure screwdriving bits in the
spindle of the angle drilling and
screwdriving attachment, screw the bit
clamping sleeve supplied onto the
spindle thread. (The sleeve also serves
to protect the thread during screwing
operations.)
To facilitate guiding and handling the
tool during work with the angle drilling
and screwdriving attachment, we
recommend that an auxiliary handle
(31 052) should be used, fitted to the
43 mm diameter collar of the angle
drilling and screwdriving attachment.
