- Do not immerse the device. Keep the exterior surface clean and free from dirt and dust with a soft
cloth soaked in soap solution, and dry immediately with a dry cloth. Remove any remaining gel from
the transducer with a soft cloth and neutral soap.
- Soak the cloth before cleaning.
- Do not allow fluids to penetrate the equipment.
- Avoid using cloths or materials that may scratch the equipment.
4.5 Disinfection
Clean the surface of the main unit and the transducer with the above mentioned solutions. Then,
wipe the transducer surface with 70% ethanol or alcohol. Dry with a soft cloth.
CAUTION: Do not use low-temperature steam or other high temperature methods to sterili
ze the device.
4.6 Recicling the batteries
The batteries supported by this product are recyclable. Remove the old battery from the device and
follow your local recycling regulations
WARNING: irregular treatment of batteries may cause damage to health and environment.
4.7 Authorized repair service
This product does not incorporate internal components for technical maintenance. Try to solve any
technical problem with the troubleshooting table presented above. If you cannot solve the problem,
contact the Jumper Medical Equipment Co., LTD customer service department.
NOTE: the warranty will be void upon unauthorized disassembly or service of the equip
ment.
