SAFETY
• Make sure there is at least 1 metre of free space
around the EN-Tree Bench.
• Although the EN-Tree Bench is equipped with a
stable, wide base, we advise you to avoid exces-
sive sideways load when training, with regard to
a possible danger of tilting.
• The covering is inflammable; therefore, keep open
fire away from the bench.
• At all times keep away unsupervised children from
the equipment.
• In case of incorrect training, injury may occur.
Supervision by a knowledgeable (para)medic is
therefore obligatory.
HANDLING AND USE
• By pulling out the knob A (fig.1)on the side of the
Bench, by which the handle A-1 on the front will
be set free, you can adjust the seat to a horizontal
or sloping position .
• Adjusting the angle of the back is done by pulling
the back section up. The angle indication B (fig. 1)
facilitates an objective training. The back can be
adjusted downwards by turning the bolt C (fig. 1),
which is positioned on both sides of the bench.
• The height of the back section can be adjusted by
holding the back section with one hand and pulling
the bolt D (fig. 1) with the other. Then bring the
section in the desired position and let go of the
bolt. Make sure that the section clicks in its new
position.
• The seat can also be placed behind the back to
further extend the training possibilities. By turning
the seat upwards, it becomes loose from the
frame. The seat can now be mounted behind the
back section by clicking the white clamps onto the
axes (see fig. 4). If you wish to use two seats (e.g.
for patient and therapist), you can order an extra
seat.
• The EN-Tree Bench can be moved easily by lifting
it at the seat section and rolling it on the wheels E
(fig. 1).
• For the sequence of training therapy we direct
you to the therapy guides and reference books
published on this matter. At Enraf-Nonius or its
representative a publication can be ordered titled
"Medical Training Therapy with the EN-Tree",
with reference of part number 1400.799 (English
version).
