2.2 Starting Up
1) Turn off your console.
2) Connect the SPEEDSTER
Controller port 1 of your console.
3) Turn on your console again.
4) Insert a driving game disc.
N O T E :
When switching on the console, the steering wheel is

automatically calibrated and is moving independently to the
steering stop. Please don't touch the steering wheel and
make sure it can move freely.

3.1 The SPEEDSTER
Operating Components
3.1.1 The Steering Wheel
The steering wheel controls all steering movement.
The buttons are located in the center of the wheel:

L1 and L2 on the left,
MODE, START, SELECT and TUNING in the middle.
The horn button with the FANATEC-logo is assigned to "L2 button"
When the pedals are connected, the left gear lever is assigned to
the "L3 button" and the right gear lever: "R3 button". If you want
to drive using the manual shift, you must configure and store this
assignment in the game (recommended).
If a setting is not possible in the game, you can change the
assignment of the shift levers. For more information, see "Tuning".
Without pedals, the left gear lever transmits:
