Versi-Duct ®
DESCRIPTION
Leviton's Versi-Duct Slotted Duct System is designed to mount on standard 19"
equipment racks. Two vertical 40" ducts, or one 80" duct (comprised of two 40"
ducts) install easily and help organize and manage cable. The Horizontal and Vertical
Slotted Ducts come with cable-concealing covers and an assortment of accessories.
VERTICAL SLOTTED DUCT
(PN# 4940L-VFR, 4940L-VFO, 4980L-VFR, 4980L-VFO)
Mounting the Vertical Slotted Duct
1. Align the Vertical Slotted Duct's mounting
brackets with the equipment rack. (Figure 1)
2. To secure the Vertical Slotted Duct in place, push
the supplied #12 screws through the mounting
bracket and screw into the equipment rack.
3. When assembling the 80" duct, carefully align
the connecting tabs. (Figure 2)
4. To install the Vertical Slotted Duct's cover(s), fit
the cover over one side of duct fingers and
rotate the cover to the other side until it snaps
into place.
NOTE: The duct fingers can be bent outward and
snapped off to more easily run cables from
the vertical to the horizontal duct.
ACCESSORIES
Mounting Bracket (PN# 49265-BKT)
The Mounting Bracket is designed to assist in attaching
the vertical duct to an adjacent equipment rack. The
Mounting Bracket Kit comes with #8 screws.
Install: For each mounting bracket, use two screws
to secure the mounting bracket to the
bracket already riveted in the slotted duct.
