Remove the lock nut from the motor housing. Unscrew it anticlockwise.

Place the rear guard on the motor housing, making sure that the motor housing's aligner

pins are correctly positioned in the guard's guide holes.
Firmly tighten the lock nut (clockwise) to secure the rear guard.

Position the fan blade on the motor shaft by placing the blade's notches on the pin that

runs through the motor shaft.
Tighten with the reverse thread nut (anticlockwise) and secure the blade.
5.
Put on the front guard and fit the plastic clamp ring around the guards to hold them in
6.
place. Make sure that the edges of the 2 guards are correctly positioned in the 2 notches
on the inside of the clamp.
Tighten the clamp's locking screw to secure the ring.
