Oxygen Automation strongly suggest to install physical stops, both in opening and in closing, for an accurate installation and preservation of the gate over time.
Hydra Control Board works with times and automatically add some seconds in order to guarantee the total opening and closing in any condition (bad weather,
strong wind, snow and rust). If you don't have physical stops, slowdown speed option is needed (DIP6 = ON)
1) Create two wire links between 11 - 17 and 11- 18 and set DIPs n. 4, 9, 10, 11, 12 to ON. Now you have excluded all the safety inputs(default). 7 Red Lights = ON
2) Please check you have connected the capacitors between black and brown cables of each motor (in parallel connection)
Cables colors are: Grey=common, Brown and Black = opening and closing
3) To save remote controls:
- You can save remote controls only if the gate is closed.
- Set DIP2=OFF (default)
- Switch on power supply and wait for that gate closing automatically (if it opens please reverse brown and black) if the gate stays still it's already closed so it's ok
- when the gate is still in closing position, push and release P1 button, Main Light (Prog.LED) go ON
- Push a Remote Control button, Main Light make one blink
- Wait 10 seconds until Main Light switch off = Remote programmed
If this procedure doesn't work please do the memory RESET procedure and do it again.
4) Please follow the procedure "gate time setting" described in manual (one or two motors depending on your kit, Don't push P1 button if you have two motors)
5) Connect external photocells as per picture 2 (If you have two pairs of photocells, connect the two photocells Receiver contacts in series)
Remove wire link 11 - 18. Do NOT remove wire link 11 – 17
6) Optional: Connect the External Lamp as per picture 1 (flashing)
7) Adjust the Force, as per Force Adjustment chapter. A good setting for electro-mechanical motors is between 3 and 5 flashings
