REPLACING THE BURNER NOZZLE.
Replace the burner nozzle (1 Fig. 3) with one corresponding to the chosen type of gas as shown in Table II.
Ignite the pilot burner (5 Fig. 3) by turning the knob onto (
the screw (2 Fig. 3) and adjust the flame with the control (3 Fig. 3), for each type of gas regulate the primary air (P.A.A.) by X
mm (see injector Table II).

REPLACING THE "BY-PASS" IDLE SCREW
Replace the idle screw (11 Fig. 5) located on the thermostat with one corresponding to the chosen type of gas, following the
injector Table II. Fully turn the idle screw or by-pass.
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.

To be performed only by an authorized technical service!
To replace these components you first need to:
- Shut off the gas supply valve upstream.
- Take out the drip tray (3 Fig. 5).
- Remove the front panel with the knob of the thermostat (Fig. 5 pos. 1 and 2)
- Take out the tray guide.
A) Safety valve/Thermostat (fig. 6)
- Unscrew the gas inlet (12) and outlet (13) connections with a 22mm wrench.
- Unscrew the outlet (15), the pilot burner supply with a 10mm wrench.
- Unscrew the thermocouple (16) with a 9mm wrench.
- Disassemble the bulb from its housing inside the plate (14)
- Lift the hob and stand it on the ground.
- Install the new thermostat.
- Check the idle screw (by-pass) (11); it must tally with table II.
CAUTION: Check the bulb is positioned correctly in the plate and check there is no gas leakage with the soap solution
method.
B) Thermocouple (Fig. 4 and 6)
- Unscrew the thermocouple of the safety valve (16 Fig. 6) with a 9mm wrench.
- Unscrew the pilot thermocouple (8 Fig. 4) with a 10mm wrench.
- Install the new thermocouple.
C) Spark plug (Fig. 4)
- Disconnect the high-voltage cable from the spark plug (10)
- Unscrew the nut (9) with a 10mm wrench.
- Install the new spark plug.
- Connect the high-voltage cable.
D) Piezoelectric igniter (Fig. 5 Pos. 4)
- Disconnect the high-voltage cable from the igniter.
- Unscrew the nut behind the instrument panel (2).
- Install the piezoelectric igniter.
- Fit the tray holder back on.
- Fit the front panel and knob (1) back on.
- Put the drip tray in position (3 Fig. 5).
- Position the plate and put the bulb in the right position.
