appliance.
11. Unplug the appliance from the mains socket.
12. Leave the appliance at room temperature.
13. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the remaining water from the tank if you
do not plan to use the appliance for an extended period of time (refer to
the "Draining the appliance" section). Replace the plug after all the water
has been drained.
IMPORTANT: do not open the cover during ice production. You can monitor
ice production through the inspection window.

Course of a cycle

Ice production takes between 7 and 15 minutes (depending on the room and
water temperature) and proceeds as follows:
1. Water from the reservoir is pumped up to the water tank located under the
evaporator.
2. Ice forms on the evaporator.
3. Once the cycle is complete, the tank tilts backwards. The remaining water
flows into the water tank and ice cubes fall off the evaporator.
4. The ice recovery flap pushes the ice cubes into the ice basket. Once the
tank is back in the initial position, a new cycle starts.

Connection to water supply

Your appliance is designed to be connected to a water supply. This saves you
having to fill the tank manually.
You will need:
- 1 hose 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) in diameter and approximately 2 m long

For safety reasons, a three-way valve is recommended to connect

The water level indicator may come on while there is still water in the
reservoir. If this happens:
- Add water to the reservoir (refer to the "Use" section).
- If the problem persists, drain the water from the tank (refer to
"Maintenance and cleaning").
For hygiene reasons, the water in the appliance should be replaced on a
weekly basis.
