Installation:
You could use your UPS as soon as you buy it as the battery is fully loaded before leaving the factory.
But it is recommended that you reload the UPS for 4 hours before using it as energy loss may occur during
shipping or a long duration storage. To recharge the battery, simply let the UPS plugged into a AC outlet
and switch it on.
Connecting the equipments:
Connect your primary equipments to the UPS : screen, computer...to the battery backup outlets.
Plug your other peripheral to the full time By-Pass outlet. Do not plug laser printer as its power demand is much
higher than the surge protection could support.
If you wish to protect a phone, a fax, a modem or your network interface, just plug this equipment into the OUT
outlet situated on the side of the UPS thanks to the provided cable (or thanks to another network cable
if you wish to protect your network interface). The connect your former cable into the IN outlet.
To maintain the optimal battery charge, let your UPS plugged and on all the time.
