CONSERVATION AND STORAGE

- In the event of prolonged disuse, store the appliance in a dry environment at a
temperature between – 5 and + 40 ° C.
INTENDED USE
●
- The present appliance is designed exclusively for kooking food and is
intended for professional applications.
INSTALLATION
●
Positioning: Install the appliance in well-ventilated surroundings. The appliance may
be installed against walls provided that the latter feature adequate heat resistance;
otherwise fit suitable insulating panels, or ensure that there is a distance of at least 3
cm between the walls and appliance. Remove all plastic adhesive film from parts
before using the appliance. Clean parts thoroughly to remove all adhesive residue
(do not use abrasive substances).
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
●
The appliance is designed for ac operation at the voltage indicated in the wiring
-
diagram enclosed and on the dataplate in the vicinity of the power cable. POWER
CABLE CONNECTION: in the case of direct connection to the mains supply, install a
multi-pole switch on the power line with a contact spacing of at least 3mm, and sized
according to load requirements in compliance with current standards.
- In the event of power cable replacement, use cables of type H07 RN-F.
- The appliances must be connected to an equipotential system via the back terminal.
