TROUBLESHOOTING
The purpose of the following information is to help the operator to identify and correct
any anomalies or malfunctions that may occur during use.
Some faults may be resolved by the user, others require specific technical skills or abil-
ities and must only be performed by qualified personnel with recognised experience in
the specific sector.

Do not remove internal appliance parts.
The manufacturer is not liable for any machine tampering!

GAS CONNECTION
– All the gas connection, transformation and pressure control operations must be per-
formed by authorised personnel who must have specific technical skills and special abil-
ities in the specific sector. This also applies for all extraordinary maintenance operations
such as lubrication and/or faucet replacement and thermocouple or burner replacement.
– Equip the appliance gas supply tube with a faucet to be able to cut of gas supply in the
event of need.
– The faucet (not supplied with the appliance) must be installed in a visible and accessible
position in order to easily identify its operating status (open or closed).
Causes
Temporary leak when flame is

The piezoelectric switch does not

Solutions
Close the supply faucet and ventilate
the room
Check piezoelectric switch efficiency.
