Expanding the Powerline Network
1. Plug the new powerline device that is to expand the network
into an electrical outlet.
2. Press and hold the connect button on the new powerline
device to set up a new connection (see the documentation of
the new powerline device).
Within two minutes:
Press the "Security" button on a FRITZ!Powerline 1220E in
the existing powerline network and hold it down for one
second.
3. The new powerline device is connected with the powerline
network and can be used immediately.
