How To Replace UV Lamp

The lamp should be replaced whenever it fails to light
during operation. The Zuvo Water Filtration System uses
a high-intensity ozone generating UV bulb module
which can be obtained from your supplier. For proper
unit operation, use only lamp modules supplied by your
supplier.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Always unplug the unit
before servicing.
Failure to do so can
result in exposure to
harmful UV light.
2. Using the plastic screwdriver*,
break the paper label at
the 'X' and unscrew
the single screw.
3. Carefully loosen and begin to pull out the
lamp/ballast cord module.
*Lamp Replacement / Tubing Disconnect Tool
(spanner wrench and screwdriver)
4. Pull the module straight out of the unit.
5. Ensure the lamp and the protective O-ring
are completely out of the unit.
6. Carefully insert replacement module, ensuring that
protective O-ring remains in place.
7. Position module and replace screw.
