The apparatus furnished is composed of:
❏ 1 2-litre plastic bottle with screw-fitted lid.
❏ 1 helix screw with 2 rotational directions (Archimedes screw), ref-
erence F.
■ Put the total quantity of flour obtained from the trial milling, then
the screw F, in the plastic bottle.
■ Screw on the lid and tighten, so that ring of the screw is tight.
■ Put the bottle on the agitator.
■ Set the timer to 15 minutes.
■ When the timer stops, remove the screw.
■ The screw may be used for the following operation, the flour
preferably conserved in the plastic bottle before analysis.
■ Only one apparatus is necessary to follow the normal rhythm of
milling.
