Graphics card driver
is not up-to-date
Switch needs to be
reset
Action
Power off all devices on the installation;
power off the B032-DPUA2; confirm
all KVM cables are properly connected;
power on the B032-DPUA2; power on the
computers
Upgrade to the latest graphics card driver
Power off all devices on the installation;
power off the B032-DPUA2; wait five
seconds; power on the B032-DPUA2
