and tear, and/or (iv) handling, storage, assembly, installation, testing
or use not in accordance with the instruction manual. 4moms does
not assume any responsibility for personal injury or property damage
incurred as a result of improper use or unauthorized modification of
the moxi stroller unit. In no event will (a) 4moms be liable for any

total cumulative liability arising from or related to this warranty or the
moxi stroller unit exceed the amount actually paid for the unit by the

conditions, explicit or implicit, statutory or other and any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on the
