Safety Precautions
1. Read the Instruction Manual carefully before using for the first time.
2. Always switch off and unplug the appliance from the power supply BEFORE
cleaning and also when the appliance is not in use.
3. Always keep the appliance out of children's reach.
4. Ensure that the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the voltage indicated on
your power supply meter.
5. Always unplug the appliance from the power supply after use and before cleaning
6. Wait until the beaters (dough hooks) have completely stopped before turning the
mixer head unit upwards.
7. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids or place it under running
water.
8. Never attempt to disassemble the appliance yourself.
9. If the power lead, cord or plug is damaged, do not use the appliance.
10. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer or service
agent in order to avoid a hazard.
11. Always place appliance on a flat sturdy surface when using.
12. This appliance should not be used by the physically challenged, slow response or
mentally disabled people (including children) unless guidance is provided during
operation

Operating Instructions
1. Press the tilt button to turn the mixer head unit upwards.
2. Insert the beaters (dough hooks). Hold the handle of the mixer head with one
hand and place the beater (dough hook) with the other. Insert it into the slot, press
and twist until beater (dough hook) clicks into position.
