8) Avoid accidental starting - Don't carry
plugged-in snow mover with finger on
switch. Be sure switch is off when plugging
in.
9) If cord is damaged in any manner while
plugged in, pull extension cord from wall
receptacle.
10) Don't abuse cord - Never carry snow mover
by cord or yank it to disconnect from
receptacle. Keep cord from heat, oil, and
sharp edges.
11) Keep hands away from moving parts.
12) Keep guards in place and in working order.
13)Don't force snow mover - It will perform
better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
14)Don't overreach - Keep proper footing and
balance at all times.
15) If the snow mover strikes a foreign object
follow these steps:
i) Stop snow mover.
ii) Inspect for damage.
iii) Repair any damage before restarting and
operating the snow mover.
16)disconnect appliance - Disconnect the
appliance from the power supply when not
in use, before servicing, when changing
accessories such as blades, and the like.

not in use, appliances should be stored
indoors in dry, and high or locked-up place

1. Read the operating and service instruction
manual carefully. Be thoroughly familiar
with the controls and the proper use of the
equipment. Know how to stop the unit and
disengage the controls quickly.
2. Never allow children to operate the
equipment. Never allow adults to operate
the equipment without proper instruction.
3. Keep the area of operation clear of all
persons, particularly small children, and
pets.
4. Exercise caution to avoid slipping or falling,
especially when operating in reverse.
PrEParatioN
1. Thoroughly inspect the area where the
equipment is to be used and remove all
doormats, sleds, boards, wires, and other
foreign objects.
2. Disengage all clutches and shift into neutral
before starting the motor.
3. Do not operate the equipment without
wearing adequate winter outer garments.
Wear footwear that will improve footing on
slippery surfaces.
4. Use extension cords and receptacles
as specified by the manufacturer for all
units with electric drive motors or electric
starting motors.
5. Adjust the collector housing height to clear
gravel or crushed rock surface.
6. Never attempt to make any adjustments
while the motor is running (except
when specifically recommended by
manufacturer).
7. Let motor and machine adjust to outdoor
temperatures before starting to clear snow.
8. Always wear safety glasses or eye shields
during operation or while performing an
adjustment or repair to protect eyes from
foreign objects that may be thrown from
the machine.
