Dear Customer,
in your capacity of Person Concerned within the meaning of art. 4 paragraph 1 letter
i) of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (CODE ON THE PROTECTION OF
PERSONAL DATA).
Please be informed that Hellatron S.p.A. will process your personal data in strict
compliance with Italian laws (the said Leg. Decree 196/03) and European laws. The
data supplied will be entered in the data bank of Hellatron S.p.A. and will be
processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency,
protecting the confidentiality of the Persons Concerned. Specifically, when collecting
and processing data, Hellatron S.p.A. will act in accordance with the rules below.
1) Hellatron S.p.A. will collect solely the following anonymous data, which
cannot be associated, either originally or after their processing, to an identified
or identifiable interest:

No other information will be collected by Hellatron S.p.A., being it expressly
excluded that Hellatron S.p.A. will collect identity, sensitive or judicial data of
the Person Concerned and that, as a result of the Service, Hellatron S.p.A. will

the user number associated with the SIM Card used by the Person
Concerned to enjoy the geolocation service of the "Nilox
bodyguard®" device (hereinafter, the Service);
the password which, associated with the user number, will allow the
Person Concerned to register and have access to the web site so as
to enjoy the Service;
the GPS coordinates of the person and/or object which the "Nilox
bodyguard®" device has been placed on, to be located with the
Service.
to enable the Person Concerned to register and thus have access to
the web site so as to enjoy the Service;
to supply the Service and thus enable the user, via an electronic
communications network, to identify the geographic location of the
"Nilox bodyguard®" device;
to provide software updates for the "Nilox bodyguard®" device or to
enable the user to enjoy any other functions provided with the Service.
