For optimal blending results, put the ingredients in blending container

food, it is advisable to wait 15 minutes after removing them from the freezer before mixing.
Cut solid foods, such as fruit or vegetables, into smaller pieces of about 2.5 cm and then mix them.
This appliance is not intended for mashing potatoes, blending dough, whipping egg whites, grinding raw meat, nor
to grind dry oilseeds and hard grains or nuts in big quantities.
