Step 8:
Insert the arms (#6) into the bottom frame (#8)
by using bolts (#19), washers (#22), and plastic
nuts (#25). See Fig. C – Step 1.
Step 9:
Open both of the seat assemblies (#9) and
secure them to the bottom frame (#8) by using
bolts (#14 and #17), washers (#21, #22, #28,
and #29), jam nuts (#23), and plastic nuts (#25).
See Fig. C – Step 2.
Step 10:
Fasten the swing arm tubes (#11) to the arms
(#6) by using bolts (#16 and #19) and washers
(#21 and #22). Repeat the same procedure for
both sides. See Fig. D.
