4. With the door closed, turn on the oven with the switch (1).
5. When the temperature of the oven is stabilized, slowly turn
the safety thermostat knob (6) to the left until it clicks, the
red indicator lamp (7) lights up and the heating turns off
permanently.
6. Block the temperature control knob (2) with the blockage
device (9) to avoid accidentally moving the knob.
7. Stop the oven with the switch (1). Open the door and leave
it cool with the door open until the temperature goes down
50% of the working temperature (approx).
8. Start the oven once again by switching it on (1).
9. Reset the safety thermostat by pressing the reset button
(12) and the red pilot (6) must turn off.
10. Select the working temperature with the thermostat control
knob (2) (minimum at 5ºC below the desired safety tem-
perature).
11. Now the oven is ready to work.
NOTE: The adjusting process of the safety thermostat is
long. For that reason, the safety thermostat is useful when
the users normally work at the same temperature.

"END" (10) will light up.

Do not use the oven at a lower temperature than ambient
because the thermostat will not operate correctly.

All the temperature regulations must always be done in
ascent. Before choosing any value, the knob must be turned
left to the end of the scale. Then a more exact regulation
is obtained, as it compensates for the thermostat spindle
inevitable movement.
