- Press and rotate anticlockwise the knob and position it on the low flame position

- Remove the knob and adjust the height of the low flame, acting on the screw, as
shown in photo 1 5

- Insert the knob again, the low flame and the high flame are pre-adjusted and with
the knob it is possible to vary the request of heat based on the product to be
baked.
