QUICK
You can chose the programs P1 (MANUAL), P2 (INTERVAL),
PROGRAM
P3 (LOSE WEIGHT), P4 (WALK), P5 (RUN) and P6 (CLIMB)
directly by quick program button MANUAL, INTERVAL,
LOSE WEIGHT, WALK, RUN, CLIMB.
RUN
In standby mode, press this button and then the treadmill
will enter into RUN mode. It is invalid in CLIMB mode.
CLIMB
In standby mode, press this button and then the treadmill
will enter into CLIMB mode. It is invalid in RUN mode.
-SPEED+
In setting mode it can change the target data and in normal
working mode it can change the speed by 0.1 km/h per
time. When you press the -SPEED+ button lasting for 0.5 sec
the speed data will change continuously.
-INCLINE+
In setting mode it can change the target data and in normal
working mode it can change the incline by 0.5 section per
time. When you press the -INCLINE+ button lasting for
0.5 sec the incline data will change continuously.
SPEED
Speed quick buttons: Press the buttons to choose speed 6,
6, 8, 10
8 and 10 directly.
INCLINE
Incline quick buttons: Press the buttons to choose the
3/10, 5/20,
incline section 3, 5 and 7 directly in RUN mode. When you

press the buttons in CLIMB mode, it will change to 10, 20,
30.
