It is recommended to adjust by half a turn until the running belt no longer
slips or deviates.
Avoid making the belt too tight as this may damage it.
Notes on the optimal use of the device
In order to prolong the lifespan of the treadmill, it is recommended to
switch off the treadmill for about 10 minutes after 2 hours' exercising.
A running belt that is too loose or tight will do harm to the treadmill. It is
therefore very important to maintain a sufficient tension. We recommend
that you grasp the running belt and pull it up to a certain distance until
you cannot pull it up anymore. If the distance is between 50­75 mm, the
running belt is sufficiently tensioned.
