INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Compatible with all stovetops (gas, electric, vitroceramic, or induction cooking hobs), O'WOK is also
ovenproof (max 425°F/220°C/gas mark 7)
Wash with soapy water before use.
O'WOK thermal-diffuser base contains 3 layers of different materials, thereby insuring optimal heat
distribution.
Once the desired temperature has been reached, LOWER the heat source to avoid overcooking your
food. When cooking over a GAS burner, make sure that the flame never goes past the thermal-
diffuser base.
The aluminum core is encapsulated in stainless steel, which makes cleaning easier (no direct contact
with the aluminum).
Handle
A "click" signals that the handle is correctly in place.
