ASSEMBLY
1. Before assembly, please remove the piece of rubber fitted in the lifting unit; (this was put there as a
transport safety measure and is not part of the floor jack).
2. Take note of Figure 2 for how to carry out this step. Remove the screw (9) found on one part of
pumping lever (1). Fasten the pumping lever pieces 1 and 2 in order to align the holes on both pieces
with each other. Put the screw back in and tighten it.
3. Fully undo the screw (10) located in the pump arm (8) socket appears for fitting the assembled pumping
lever (1) (Figure 3).
4. Align the rectangular opening on the underside of the pumping lever (1) with the rectangular bolt inside
the socket of the pumping arm (8).
5. Secure the pumping lever (1) at its installation position by tightening the screw (10) on the socket of the
pumping arm (8).
6. Close the release valve by turning the handle clockwise as far as it will go.
