While in Record mode, press and hold the
Menu button 1 until the Contextual menu
appears. Scroll to the "RECORD" option
using the Navigation/Volume Up ▲ 2 or
Down ▼ 3 button.

Press the Enter/Play/Pause ®p button;
recording will begin.

Press the Enter/Play/Pause ®p button; the
recording will pause. Select RECORD as
shown in the steps above or press the
Enter/Play/Pause ®p button to resume
recording.
