WARNING - SAFETY RULES
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions must be read and understood before any operation.
Any modification or update that is not specified in the instructions manual should not be undertaken.
The manufacturer is not liable for any injury or damage due to a non-compliance with the instructions contained in this manual.
If unsure of what to do, please ask a qualified person to handle the installation.
PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE USE
• Read the instructions and warnings carefully before using this product.
• Do not use these jacks on inclined surfaces. It should only be used on flat surfaces.
• Do not use the jacks beyond the maximum load limit (680 kg per jack)
• Do not start the vehicle engine, or drive when the jacks are in place. The jacks are only designed to be operated by hand.
• Do not use the jacks to lift a vehicle equipped with tires wider than 305 mm
• Do not try to push the jack over obstacles. They are designed to be used on a mainly flat and level surface.
• After lifting, always lock the jack using the locking pin. Remove the pin once the work is finished and open the cylinder valve to lower the vehicle.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Place the jack on the ground and press the pedal to remove the locking hook. Remove the locking latch from the jack body.
• Before any operation, open the cylinder valve by turning counterclockwise. Stretch the jack by hand to allow sufficient opening in relation to the tire,
and position the 2 rollers on either side of the tire. To obtain the best control of the jack to stretch it, place your left hand in the middle of the left side
axis and your right hand in the center of the pedal. Close the cylinder valve by turning the knob clockwise until it stops. The jack can now be used.
• Install the jack so that it is parallel to the side of the tire being lifted. Leave about 20 mm of clearance between the jack and the tire. This is very
important. If the product is not aligned correctly, it is possible that the tire will come into contact with the body of the cart and not the rollers, which
would damage the product and void the warranty.
• To lift the tire, press the pedal with your foot, by successive and regular presses. Press the pedal until the tire is 25mm or less off the ground. After
lifting, the lower the tire, the more stable the jack. After lifting, always lock the jack body with the pin before any vehicle handling operation. Repeat
the process on the other tires with other jack in order to be able to manoeuvre a vehicle.
• To release a jack, remove the lock and open the cylinder valve by slowly turning the knob counterclockwise. Then the jack can be removed after
the rollers have come off the tire.
