2. Application and Function
• An Air-Hydraulic jack is a device to lift a vehicle up to 20,000Kg for accessibility during repair and maintenance
• A Jack is only a lifting device and should never be used for transporting and/or loading a vehicle.
• Lifting a vehicle with person inside is prohibited
• Moving the jack with load is prohibited
• No other use is permitted. For professional use only
3. Inspection
• Open the packing and check that the equipment has not been damaged in transit and that you received all the parts specified in the shipping docu
ments. Before bringing the equipment into service conduct a visual inspection in order to determine leaks, damages, loose or missing parts.
4. Assembly
• Remove the device, including the enclosed items. Fig.02(1)
• Insert the complete handle into the opening of the lever support, Fig. 02(2)
5. Startup and Operation
• Generally the safety guidelines are to be observed when working with the equipment.
• After connecting the jack to the air supply Fig.03(2) &Fig.03(3),(please observe the safety precautions for connecting to the compressed air feed)
position the jack with the lifting cylinder under the lifting points of the vehicle.
• Please note that for moving the jack is equipped with only two wheels.
• Press the pedal downwards Fig.03(1).. Adjust the lever in the desired position and release the interlocking lever again. You can lock the lever in 3
different positions, Fig.01.
• The maximum lifting capacity of the jack is reached with operating pressure of 10 bar. Turn the control valve clockwise, Fig.04(2), the load is lifted to
the desired level (secure with support trestles).Fig.04(2)
• When reaching the maximum lifting height of the jack no further compressed air should be supplied to the pump (this can lead to higher wear and tear
of the components).
• The integrated overload safety device (relief valve) ensures that the lifted load never exceeds the capacity of the jack.
• To lower the load, Turn the control valve clockwise, Fig.04(2).• In order to lower the load turn the lever rod slowly anticlockwise (Fig.05(3)).
• Retract the piston during periods of non-use.
it is necessary that the operator can watch the lifting device and the load during all movements;
_
_ it is not allowed to work under the raised load until it is secured by suitable means;
_ the operator shall be provided with all necessary information about training and about pumping and translating forces.
6.
Maintenance
• All moving parts must be lubricated in regular intervals with commercial multi-purposegrease. Keep the equipment always clean and protect from
aggressive chemicals. Do notleave the equipment outdoors.
• Retract the piston during periods of non-use.
