1. General Points
Every person, who is concerned with erection, operation, maintenance or repair of the product, must have read
and understood the instruction manual.
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufacturer, in the
event of this, the guarantee will be invalidated
National standards and safety regulations must be observed
2. Use and intended purpose
The waste bin tipper is used for picking up, moving and emptying standard commercial DIN waste bins with a
capacity of 80 / 120 or 240 l and of a total weight or not more than 100 kg.
2. Technical details
The bin tipper is manufactured from steel with a frame that opens out, anti-slip protection and a hydraulic lifting
mechanism with manual operation.

5. Handling
Preparation
1.
When emptying small wheelie bins (80 / 120 l) the adapters must be fitted to both sides of the insertion
opening (see point 6)
2.
When emptying large wheelie bins (240 l) the adapters must be removed from both sides of the inser-
tion opening (see point 6)
Operation
1.
Drive wheelie bin tipper up to emptying point
2.
Apply the brakes on both guide rollers
3.
Push wheelie bin into insertion opening
4.
The wheelie bin is lifted and emptied by operating the hand lever several times.
5.
After emptying the wheelie bin the tipper is lowered again by slowly turning the valve screw anti-
clockwise.
6.
Remove wheelie bin from tipper.
7.
To move the wheelie bin tipper release the brakes on the guide rollers again.

It is prohibited to use the wheelie bin tipper as a hoist, to lift people or for purposes other than emptying

Only use on level surfaces!

The maintenance and repair of the hydraulic components may only be carried out by trained specialists!

No structural modifications may be made to the wheelie bin tipper!

Lower wheelie bin tipper again after use!

During operation appropriate protective clothing is to be worn, e.g. safety shoes, gloves

During the lifting and lowering operation do not remain in the lifting area!
