BEFORE USING HAND MIXER
Before using the hand mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet
and the speed selector is in the OFF position.
1. Select the desired attachments, which are depending on the mixing task to be
performed: beaters for easy mix cough, egg white, whip cream, mayonnaise and puree.
They are also especially suitable for mixing/stirring sauces and pudding powders. And
dough hooks for the preparation of heavy yeast dough or short pastries. Also potato
dough to the dumpling and potato pancake preparation mixes one with it knead hooks
easily and quickly.
2. Inserting the Beaters/ dough hooks
A) Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical.
Note: Ensure beaters are fully inserted into the correct sockets or your mixing results
may be affected.
Note: only one type accessories can be used one time.
