The floodlight can also be operated without battery cover up to 12 Ah rechargeable
batteries; in this case, the IP class will, however, be reduced to IP20 and the floodlight may
only be operated in a dry environment. To do so, open the battery cover locking (Fig. 1f ).
Afterwards, remove the battery cover.
OPERATION OF THE HYBRID MAINS FLOODLIGHT WITH RECHARGEABLE
BATTERY
To switch the floodlight on, press the button at the back (Fig. 2).
Press the switch multiple times (Fig. 2) to set the brightness to 100%, then 75%, 50%,
then 25% and then "off".
Keep the button pressed (Fig. 2) to continuously reduce or increase the brightness.
The lower the brightness selected, the longer the floodlight will burn.
If the switch is left in any of its "on" positions for longer than 5 seconds,
then pressing it once again will always turn it off.
If the rechargeable battery is almost flat and the connection cable is not connected,
the LED floodlight will flash 5 times. Afterwards, the floodlight remains on for approx.
10 minutes with 50% brightness before it is switched off by the deep discharge protection
function.
If the connection cable is connected while the floodlight is switched on (Fig. 3),
the floodlight will flash 3 times and then automatically switch into mains operation
with 100% light.
