Heart rate monitor

 From the clock display, tap on the
touch fi eld fi ve times or press the
selection button fi ve times to navi-
gate to the heart rate monitor.
 Press the selection button to start a
new heart rate measurement.
The calculated value is shown fl ashing
on the display and is continuously
updated as long as the display for the
heart rate monitor is open.
Synchronise the fi tness watch
with the MEDION Fitness app
to add the calculated values
to your daily/monthly/yearly
overview.
