1) Loosen and remove the four sets of bolts,
12
washers, and Locking Cam Levers (9).
2) Attach the Middle Handle (10) with the
bolts and Locking Cam Levers to the Lower
Handle (15) (See Fig. A1).
imPortaNt: when attaching the middle
handle to the Lower handle, make sure
the chute crank bar (11) mounting
hole on the middle handle bar is facing
upwards (side of bar where hole is
indented). Later in assembly you must
make sure the chute crank bar (11) rest
on top of the middle handle bar
(See Fig. a2).
3) The bolt should be inserted through the
handles from the inside out and should
protrude from the outside hole as far as
possible. After this, place the washer on
the end of the bolt followed by the Locking
Cam Lever. Tighten the Locking Cam Lever,
flip it in to lock it, and make sure the handle
has a secure fit (See Fig. b).
The cam lever pressure can be adjusted by
turning the Locking Cam Levers clockwise

4) Connect the Upper handle(3) to the Middle
handle in the same way as described
in step 2 and 3. Use the bolts, washers,
and Locking Cam Levers to secure the
connection on both sides (See Fig. C, D, e).
5) You can use the Cable Clips (13) to keep
the cord neatly secured against the handle
bars. First, insert the cord into the Cable
Clip ensuring there is enough cord slack.
Then simply snap the clip onto the bar.

the other Cable Clips (See Fig. F).
NotE: the upper handle can be adjusted
to 3 different height positions (See Fig.
d: 1, 2, 3).

1) Lift the Chute Deflector (4) so that it snaps
and locks securely onto the Discharge chute
(6) (See Fig. g, H).
2) Raise or lower the Chute Deflector to the
desired height of the snow stream and
tighten the Chute Deflector Knobs (5)
(See Fig. i).
NotE: do not overtighten the chute
deflector knobs.
3) Locate the upper Chute Crank bar (11) in
the parts bag. Remove the screw and nut
from the upper Chute Crank bar using
a Phillips screwdriver and the wrench
provided (See Fig. J).

screw and nut by hand.
4) Slide the upper Chute Crank bar into the
lower Chute Crank bar, aligning the screw
