Selecting call melody

Your PMR446 radio can call Your partner acoustically with 5 different calling
melodies. To select a calling melody:
•
press subsequently (8x) MODE, until you see C. You will now hear the
actual calling melody, and the appropriate number is flashing.

Press
the speaker of Your radio. If you do not need any calling melody, select
oF.
•
to confirm the selection, press MODE or PTT.

Use and care precautions

•
Do not use alcohol or cleaning solutions to clean the radio.
•
Do not immerse the radio in water
•
Do not use the radio until it is completely dry
•
Do use a soft damp cloth to clean the radio
•
Do dry the radio with a dry lint free cloth should it get wet
•
Do turn off the radio and remove the batteries when storing for a
longer period

European Warranty Notice

Your distributor will repair or replace, at its option without charge, any Tectalk
Action PMR 446 transceiver which fails due to a defect in material or
workmanship within 2 years following the initial consumer purchase. This
warranty does not apply to water damage, battery leak damage or abuse.
This warranty does not include any carrying cases, earphones, or antennas,
which may be a part of or included with the warranted product, or the cost of
labor for removal or re-installation of the product in a vehicle or other mounting.
Performance of any obligation under this warranty may be obtained by
returning the warranted product, freight prepaid, along with proof of purchase
date to the distributor, where you have purchased the radio.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights, which vary in countries outside the EU.
