PW30AOV QUICK SETUP GUIDE
ASSEMBLE PRESSURE WASHER
1. Place handle (A) onto handle supports (B) connected to main unit. Make sure holes
(C) in handle align with holes (C) on handle supports. (See Fig. 1)
NOTE: It may be necessary to move the handle supports from side to side in order to
align the handle so it will slide over the handle supports.
2. Insert carriage bolts (D) through holes from outside of unit and attach a plastic knob
(E) from inside of unit. Tighten by hand. (See Fig. 2)
ADD ENGINE OIL AND FUEL
NOTE: You MUST properly fill engine with oil before attempting to start pressure
washer.
DO NOT use E85 fuel.
DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
1. Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.
2. Clean area around oil fill and remove oil fill cap/dipstick. (See Fig. 3)
3. Using oil funnel (optional), slowly pour contents of provided oil bag into oil fill
opening to the point of overflowing.
4. Replace oil fill cap/dipstick and fully tighten.
5. Clean area around the fuel cap. (See Fig. 4)
6. Remove fuel cap and add clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Be careful not to overfill.
Allow about 1 in. of tank space (F) for fuel expansion, as shown. (See Fig. 5)
7. Replace fuel cap and let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting engine.
MOVE PRESSURE WASHER TO SAFE OPERATING LOCATION (See Fig. 6)
1. Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface. Running engines give off
carbon monoxide.
2. Keep at least 5 ft. (1.5 m) clearance on all sides of pressure washer including
overhead to reduce the risk of exhaust heat or exhaust gases igniting nearby
combustible material.
WARNING Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas that could kill you
in minutes. You CANNOT smell it, see it, or taste it. Operate ONLY outside far away from
windows, doors and vents. Install carbon monoxide alarms. DO NOT run this product
inside homes or garages, even if using fans or opening doors and windows.

NOTE: Remove and discard the shipping caps from the pump's high-pressure outlet
and water inlet before attaching hoses.

gun (H). Pull down on collar of quick-connect, slide onto spray gun and let go of
collar. Tug on hose to be sure of tight connection. (See Fig. 7)
2. Similarly, attach other end of high-pressure hose (G) to high-pressure outlet (J) on
pump. Pull down on collar of quick-connect, slide onto pump and let go of collar.
