ChOCOLATE MINI BROwNIES
½ cup (1 stick) butter
¼ cup bittersweet or semisweet choco-
late morsels
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave for 25 seconds, stir, and repeat until
butter and chocolate are just melted. Stir to combine. In a medium bowl combine
cocoa, sugar, salt and eggs and stir well. Pour in chocolate and butter mixture;
stir well until just fully incorporated. Stir in flour.
2. Install the set of mini brownie plates in the mini dessert maker. Spray cooking
plates with cooking oil. Close lid and preheat until bake ready light
Fill preheated mini brownie wells with the batter. Spoon mixture filling wells
completely. Cook until a toothpick inserted into the mini brownie comes out clean.
Use a non-stick spatula to transfer mini brownies to a wire rack. Repeat with
remaining batter.
3. Let the mini brownies cool and top with ganache or chocolate frosting/filling.
NOTE: Fill bottom cavities well with batter.
VANILLA MINI CAKES
1 cup flour

¼ teaspoon salt
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, combine butter,
milk, egg and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just
fully incorporated.
2. Install the set of mini cake plates in the mini dessert maker. Spray cooking plates
with cooking oil. Close lid and preheat until bake ready light
preheated mini cake wells with the batter. Spoon mixture filling wells completely.
Cook for 8 minutes or until mini cakes are cooked and golden. Use a non-stick
spatula to transfer mini cakes to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining batter.
3. Remove mini cakes, let cool and top with your favorite frosting.
NOTE: For best result, use no more than ¼ cup of mini cake batter per cake
cavity.
