INSTALLATION
Installation without Isofix bracket
•
This child car seat is a child restraint system of the category „Universal". It
is approved under Regulation No 44/04 for general use in vehicles and fits
most (but not all) vehicle seats.
•
Correct installation of the device can be expected if the vehicle manufacturer
declares that his vehicles are suitable for the installation of a „universal" child
restraint system.
•
This child restraint system has been classified in the „Universal" category
according to stricter approval criteria than previous models which no longer
comply with these new provisions.
•
Only suitable for vehicles with 3-point safety belt (fixed or with retractor) ac­
cording to UN/ECE Regulation No 16 or equivalent standard.
•
If in doubt, contact the manufacturer of the restraint system or your dealer.
1. Place the child car seat on the car seat and
place the child in it.
2. Fasten the child with the vehicle's 3-point
seat belt and make sure that it is properly
engaged. Please refer to the adjacent dra­
wing for the belt routing.
3. Group 2 (15-25 kg): Diagonal and lap belt
run under the armrest
4. Group 3 (22-36 kg): Diagonal belt runs
over, the lap belt under the armrest of the
child car seat.
5. Make sure that the belt is tight and not
twisted.
