Bite registration material, silicone based, addition curing
fast setting – extreme high final hardness
1. Mixing and Dosing
Extrude material from the cartridge with Automix2-system gun (fig. 1). Place
cartridge into mixing gun and remove closure cap by rotation. Eject a small
amount of material (bleeding) until equal flow is being extruded from both
orifices (fig. 2). Insert mixing cannula (green) into guide grooves on cartridge and
cannula and rotate anti-clockwise to a stop (fig. 3). Store cartridge with mixing
cannula attached for subsequent use.
Fig. 1
2. Instruction for use
Extrude material from cartridge with mixing cannula or with attached contouring
tip onto teeth (fig. 4). At terminal occlusion application from vestibular is possible. Let
registration harden in terminal occlusion and remove from the mouth after 1 min.
3. Disinfection
After removal from the mouth rinse registrate under lukewarm water.
Fig. 2
Disinfection for 15 min. in 2 % glutaraldehyde.
Important working hints
Remove any retraction astringents or mouth wash solutions prior to the
registration – could affect setting reaction.
Do not intermix with condensation curing silicones.
Avoid staining of clothing. Hardened impression materials cannot be removed.
Remove all residues of registration material from the patient's mouth.
For reducing the pressure needed during injection, we recommend using the

green mixing cannula.
Further information:
Silicone based materials are proven a million times. On condition of a proper
application, undesired effects are not to be expected. However, reactions of the
immune system like allergies, irritations, cannot be absolutely excluded. In case of
doubt, we recommend to make an allergy test before the application of the

material.
