2 ounces green creme de menthe
Combine all ingredients in tall container. Process on HI until smooth. If necessary,
stop blending, lift unit out of mixture and start again. Makes 2 servings.

Mayonnaise
2 egg yolks
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Beat egg yolks in deep bowl on HI until thick and lemon colored. Add 3
tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat until mixture begins to thicken. Add
vinegar, mustard, salt and paprika, beating until thickened. Add remaining oil in
steady stream while blending on HI. Store in a tightly-sealed container in the
refrigerator. Makes 1
Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup plain yogurt

Combine ingredients in tall container. Blend on LO until nearly smooth. Transfer
dressing to storage container. Shake before serving. Makes 2 cups.
