YP3040 does not move

No power applied
Faulty connection in power
supply
Faulty RS485 cable connection
to network camera
PTZ functionality not enabled

Check that power supply is
connected
Check that power supply
cable is intact and connected
correctly
Check that RS485 cable is
intact and connected correctly
Check that PTZ functionality
is enabled in Setup tools, see
